Try-Before-Pay
How does Try-Before-Pay work?
Your order arrives at your door. The driver waits while you open the box and inspect the piece. If it's exactly what you imagined, you pay the driver. If not, you hand it back. The driver leaves with the piece and you owe nothing. No forms, no questions, no return-shipping cost.
What if I don't like it?
You hand the piece back to the driver. Refusal-right is built into every order — no charge, no negotiation, no return form. We collect the piece on the spot. The Refusal-Right card inside every box explains exactly this — keep it, you may need it.
Do I pay anything before delivery?
No. Zero payment required at order. You only pay when the driver hands you the piece and you've decided to keep it. This is the entire point of Try-Before-Pay.
What if the driver doesn't wait long enough?
All our drivers are briefed on a 2-minute minimum inspection window. If a driver doesn't wait, WhatsApp us at the moment — we'll resend with a different courier and document the issue. This is a service standard, not optional.
Can I refuse just part of my order?
Yes. If you ordered multiple pieces and only love some, you pay for the ones you keep and refuse the rest. The driver handles partial refusal on the spot.
Delivery & Payment
How long does delivery take?
It's crafted specially for you — production starts within 24 hours, and it's at your door in 4–6 working days to Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and 8 across the rest of Egypt. Real-time tracking via WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside Cairo and Alexandria?
Yes. We deliver to 22 governorates across Egypt — Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the Delta & Canal cities (Mansoura, Tanta, Port Said, and more), and all of Upper Egypt (Sohag, Luxor, Aswan, and more). 4–6 working days to Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, 4–8 elsewhere. We don't currently ship to Red Sea, Matrouh, New Valley, or Sinai. WhatsApp us your address if you're not sure.
How much is shipping?
65–90 EGP depending on your governorate — Cairo & Giza 65 · Alexandria 75 · Delta & Canal 80 · Upper Egypt 90. Your exact rate shows at checkout before you confirm, and you pay it together with your piece — cash, at the door.
Can I track my order?
Yes. WhatsApp tracking from the moment your order is confirmed to the moment the driver knocks. We message you at every step — production start, shipping out, driver assigned, 30-min ETA.
What payment options do you accept?
Cash on Delivery only. You inspect the piece first, then pay the driver in cash — that’s Try Before You Pay.
When am I charged?
At delivery, if you keep the piece. If you refuse, you're never charged.
Customization
Can I customize beyond names?
Yes. We do initials, birth months, zodiac signs, paired pieces, fingerprints, hidden engravings, custom dates, and matching sets. If you have something specific in mind, WhatsApp us — Adham handles custom requests personally.
Is there a character limit?
Up to 10 letters — that is how wide the piece is. The configurator shows your name live as you type, so you see exactly how it sits before you order.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Yes. The configurator on every product page shows your name in the actual font live as you type. You see exactly what the piece will look like before you confirm the order.
What if I made a typo in my customization?
Notify us the same day, up to 9pm of order via WhatsApp and we'll correct it free — production starts within 24 hours, so there's a window to catch it. After production begins, changes require a re-make — we'll quote you the timing.
Quality & Care
What's the warranty?
Lifetime warranty & re-plating on every piece. If the gold or silver finish ever fades, we re-plate it free — for life. Send us a photo via WhatsApp; we cover reverse shipping too. Your warranty card is in the box.
Will the gold/silver finish fade?
Our pieces are anti-tarnish, but any plated finish can soften with daily wear over time. Our lifetime warranty re-plates them free whenever needed. Avoiding perfume, water, and harsh chemicals keeps the finish bright far longer.
What materials do you use?
Stainless steel base, finished in 21k gold plating or 925 silver plating — anti-tarnish, made to last. Our pieces are plated, not solid — we are explicit about this. Solid precious metal in this category costs 4–8× our price; we offer the look and craft at honest plated pricing.
How do I care for my piece?
Store away from perfume and harsh chemicals. Wipe with a soft cloth. Keep dry — remove before showering or swimming. The Care card in your box has full instructions.
Returns & Issues
What if my piece arrives damaged?
WhatsApp us a photo immediately. Damaged pieces are replaced free — re-make + reverse shipping handled by us. This is on us, completely.
Can I exchange for a different size?
One free chain-length adjustment on any piece — reverse shipping on us. The piece should fit you, not the other way around. Lifetime warranty covers the finish, always.
Gifts
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Every piece comes in our custom packaging — that's the gift presentation. Add a personal message at checkout. Recipient can refuse at delivery if they don't love it.
Can I hide the price?
Yes. Mark the order as a gift at checkout — we send the piece with no receipt, no price, no order info inside the package.
Can it be delivered to a different address?
Yes. Add the recipient's address as the delivery address. The recipient inspects and accepts the piece — they can refuse, in which case we contact you.
