At the door — Try Before You Pay

Open the box. Hold the piece. Check the name, the finish, every detail — the courier waits. If it isn't exactly what you imagined, hand it back and pay nothing. Not the piece, not the shipping. Period.

After delivery — 14 days

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for a wrong item, a manufacturing defect, or damage in transit.

Personalized pieces

Names, initials and custom engravings are made for one person in the world — they can't be resold. They are returned or remade when the fault is ours: a spelling that doesn't match your order, a defect, or damage. We'll remake or refund — your choice.

Your lifetime warranty

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty with free re-plating against manufacturing defects — long after the 14 days, that promise stands. Chain-length adjustment is free too, reverse shipping on us.
