• Made to order: personalized pieces are produced specifically for you based on the name/text you submit. Please check your spelling before ordering.
• Pricing & payment: prices are in EGP and include any applicable tax. Cash on Delivery; 70 EGP flat shipping within Egypt.
• Try Before You Pay: you may inspect and refuse at the door at no cost. See our Refund policy for post-delivery returns.
• Warranty: lifetime warranty and free re-plating against manufacturing defects.
• SOLENE. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
