Data Deletion

SOLENE respects your right to control your personal data.

To request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, send an email to solenee.shop@solenee.shop with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include the name, phone number, or email address associated with your order, or your Instagram or Facebook account, so we can locate your records.

We will confirm the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.

If your data was received through Facebook or Instagram, we will also remove any data obtained through those platforms.
